Admission Process

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Application Form: Parents seeking admission for their ward in secondary section are required to fill admission form and submit progress report card Xerox of the previous year.
Fees Payment: Fees of the full academic year can be paid together at the time of admission. Admission is considered confirmed only after the clearance of Previous classes.
Leaving Certificate: New Admission- A candidate who has attended any recognized school cannot be admitted without a leaving certificate from the school last attended. In case of candidates from schools outside Maharashtra state, the certificate must be countersigned by the Education officer of the State from Which he/she comes.
Accuracy: Parents should fill in the admission form with the utmost accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted. While seeking the admissions to the class the candidate will be examined on the syllabus of previous class.
Withdrawal: The application for withdrawal of admission of child should be given in writing by the person responsible for the pupil and not by the pupil himself/herself.
Transfer Certificate: Transfer Certificate will be issued after the clearance from school account office.

Term Basis: School fees are to be paid on term basis at the beginning of June for the first term and in December for the end of second term.
Terminal Exams: All the fee dues must be paid before the second terminal examination.
Defaulters: Fees defaulters may not be allowed to attend the classes if previous years fees are pending.
Fee Revision: The school reserves the right to revise the fee structure.
Late Payment: If the fees are not paid as per the given time schedule, fine will be charged.
Receipts: Parents may kindly keep the fee receipts for reference if incase it requires.

Age Criteria: Minimum age for admission to Std. I is 5 years as on 31st March of the academic year.
Documents Required: Birth certificate, previous year marksheet, transfer certificate (if applicable), 4 passport size photos.
Entrance Test: For admission to higher classes, students may be required to appear for an entrance test covering previous class syllabus.
Medical Certificate: A medical fitness certificate is mandatory at the time of admission.
Interview: Parents may be called for a brief interview to discuss child's academic and behavioral needs.
Admission Timeline: Admissions are open from January to March for the upcoming academic year.
