Dr. Kakasaheb Deodhar English School (Secondary Section) is an English Medium school started in 2008 which is run by Pune Vidyarthi Griha. Established with a vision to nurture minds with knowledge, values, and character, we have grown into one of the most respected educational institutions in Nashik.
Our school is located at a prime location in Nashik city, spread well over 20 acres of area in a combination of huge playground, beautiful campus and modern facilities, making it one of the most unique and beautiful schools in Nashik. The serene environment fosters learning, creativity, and holistic development.
The aim of our school is not only to impart education but also to develop intellectual, moral, emotional, physical and aesthetic faculties of the students. We believe in shaping responsible citizens who contribute meaningfully to society.
The course of studies follows the syllabus laid down by the Education Department of Government of Maharashtra, preparing students for the Secondary School Certificate Examination. Optional subjects are updated as per SSC Board guidelines to ensure contemporary relevance.
We actively promote creativity, application of knowledge, and practical learning. This stimulates deep subject understanding and out-of-the-box thinking. Special attention is given to students with unique strengths and learning needs. Co-curricular and extra-curricular activities are conducted regularly to enhance the overall personality of every child, addressing their physical, emotional, psychological, intellectual, and social development — including orientation programs on Health and Meditation.
